The Sleeping Beauty

The kind had two daughters and the youngest Princesses once was tempted to steal the birthright from the elder one when she realized that God will bless the elder one with a double portion of everything for the elder one.

Do you know what the double portion is? Have you read Tenali Raman's stories? Tenali was offered by the goddess a portion of wisdom and a portion of richness and was asked to choose between the both. Tenali, a naturally wise man, took both the portion and drank. First, the goddess got angry. When she heard his explanation, she calmed down and blessed him.

The princesses who loved stories knew that double potion means, one could stay close to her God, a close friendship with the Lord. So, like Jacob, Issacs’s youngest took a piece of cake to allure the elder one. The elder one refused to it complained to the father. As the youngest one was walking home, God told the younger one, “if you choose not to cheat, I will you what you are looking for and a better friendship with your sibling.” So, she decided not to try to cheat anymore.

One day as the younger-one was studying in her father’s palace, a piece of news struck them. A grandpa king passed away. May his soul rest in peace. She went to the funeral with her father. The chariot was filled with people who kept saying the tales of the stories of the passed-away king. As she returned from the funeral home, she went to her prayer closet to ask God, “Lord, how can you call him home without blessing me?” God replayed, “I will keep someone on behave of him to bless you. When you grow up to walk on your own without the accompaniment of your father, I will lead you to him and he will bless you on behave of the passed away king”.

Years passed by and both the princesses had their special adventures and they were formed to be what they were meant to be. In the fullness of time, the younger-one was prompted to go to the castle where the old saint was waiting for her to bless her. After reaching there only she realized the old saint was blind. She cried to the Lord, “nothing I learned all these years equip me to face an old saint. What will I do?” she was asked by the Lord to wait till the old saint hears from the Lord and call her by his side.

As she was waiting, she made friends and brothers and sisters of different kinds and attar. A year or some, she played a piece of music on her father’s favorite instrument, the violin, in the presence of all others in the palace. Among other instruments, the voice of the violin was heard louder by the ears of the blind saint.  The old saint sent his daughter to bring the younger-one to him. The moment she was waiting from the day she stepped in arrived. She ran to the grandpa and the old saint blessed her with a word from the holy scrolls.

After a while, the grandpa passed over to meet with God face to face. She couldn’t stay in that palace anymore and she decided to take off, hunting for new adventures. But those projects didn’t go well so she returned to the old palace she left, the palace without the grandpa waiting for her.

This time, she made a plan to overcome her running feet. She engaged herself in a project that would cause her to learn and help her to be proactive. She became the disciple of the master, Law. Thus, she overcame her running feet. she was growing up the place provide her with everything she needed for her growth. One day, after one of her meetings with her guild, her teacher, she realized the expiration date for her learning adventure was nearing. And she slowly went to see the king who guided her to reach the old grandpa and told him that she should be sent off. But they couldn’t send her off, the one they taught all those years, just like that. The king was not aware of the hurricane that was coming up and only she could find a way out from it for herself and other brothers and sisters of her. Not everyone believed in her except the minister in charge. He told her, “Do what God is asking you to do.”

On one hand, she was finding ways to face the hurricane and on the other hand, the next chair of the wise-men was getting ready for her. The big adventure only she could nail called her louder than the duties she owed to the palace she grew up in. It was a tough decision to adhere to what she was born to do. As always, she went to the Lord in prayer for her way out from between those two choices. God told her, “I will do something and the people who are asking you to be enthroned on the wise-men’s chair will let you go.”

A tiny little demon reached the palace and bad-mouthed the younger princes and the majority fell into its spell. The doors of the palace guarded by the servants of the Law, let her go. As the grip on the princess was lifted, she realized that the army of the hurricane of darkness reaching and grabbing her brothers and sisters in the palace. She started to see that she should go to the castle of the darkness to kill the hurricane king before it could swallow the whole earth.

She walked to the eye of the danger and stayed there for three pulse years, killing different kinds of angles of darkness associated with the hurricane.

One day, another king from a distant palace saw a vision and informed the younger princess. He saw her falling into a sleep and others carrying her in a coffin to burn her alive. He fought against those who carried the coffin of the sleeping beauty. But the princess didn’t wake up nor did the people who carried her in the coffin back off from their mission of destroying her. He asked her, “why you didn’t wake up even after I fought for your life that long?”

She replayed, “what is the point of fighting? Will fighting make them stop? If not let’s stop fighting them”.

After visiting the seer king, the princess went to her place and continued how to fight the hurricane eye with wisdom. She slowly started to realize the intensity of the problem. She called for her elder sister and they together talked out their idea of bringing all the coffin carriers under the temple of the hurricane eye. If all of them gather in one place, the mighty King could push the pillars of the temple and kill all the coffin carriers. As days went by, the project, “kill the younger princess” turned out to be “project sleeping beauty”.

As the seer king prophesied, the younger princess went to a night of sleep. Princess used her secret weapon of being in different places at the same time to divert the attention of the coffin carriers. She received the weapon when she was in the presence of her Lord encountering an argument before she went to see the blind grandpa.

With the help of that weapon, she could fight the hurricane master’s demon army and sleep in the coffin at the same time. One day, she felt she equipped everyone and are ready to go home and the win was her’s even if she was absent. She told her father that she was planning to go home to be with her Lord. The old king couldn’t think of living on the earth's surface without her daughters. He told her, “You stay, I am getting prepared to go home since you were six months old, and let me go”. The old king made her daughters promise him certain things and got ready to go home.

After the father passed over, the younger princess was pushed out of the castle of the hurricane master. The running feet grabbed her and she ran away to a far-off island. The island was calling her for a while and she made responding to that call her priority. She was building her new life there, forgetting the hurricane. but the ripples of the hurricane master started to nag her again even on the island. Her mother called her home asking her to stay home for a while than befriending the running feet. The younger princess came home pausing the call of the island. The hurricane eye was waiting for her in her land. As one-half of her was sleeping inside the hurricane master’s castle she could do nothing when princess Merida send her reports of the land.

As the younger princess and princess Merida started to unwind their stories to each other, they addressed so many matters they both saw in their special ventures. After a while, the younger princess told princess Merida, “Up to this point I will help you with the matters you addressed me, and from a particular point on, I will be looking at how to get back on my feet”. She meant her own union with the sleeping beauty, a part of herself.

After three years and so the younger princess went to fight against the hurricane master and regained herself at the end of the war and started the new adventure she dreamed of from her childhood.
